(1) The electric field strength must be below 25kV. The ADSS optical cable should be in an environment with as small a field strength as possible to reduce electrical corrosion.

When laying lines with a voltage level of 110kV and below, the hanging point should be selected with a field strength not exceeding 12kV. When laying lines with a voltage level above 110kV, the hanging point should be selected with a field strength of 12~ 25kV suspension position.

(2) Ensure that parameters such as the minimum distance between ADSS optical cables and other buildings and trees, the minimum vertical distance to the ground, and the distance across from power lines comply with relevant regulations.

Generally, the windage distance of the ADSS optical cable to the crossing and crossing objects is checked based on the sag in strong winds, and the vertical distance of the ADSS optical cable to the ground and crossing objects is checked using the ice-covered sag.
